As a Junior MLOps Analyst at Chattermill, you’ll help reduce time to action and deliver onboardings and support tasks for clients.

 What you’ll be doing… 

  • Manage the tagging teams, from deadline and capacity management to hiring when needed
  • Deliver quality theme structures that will both work for our clients and for our models
  • Troubleshoot quality issues 
  • Work on support tasks to help clients get the most of our product
  • Identify areas of improvement, either in processes or products, that will help us improve our client's experience at onboarding or later stages of our working relationships

What you’ll need…

  • Interested in applying or adapting technical/data solutions to client’s needs
  • Interested in working in operations and being close to data
  • A strong desire to improve client experience
  • A proactive and can do attitude.

Let’s introduce ourselves (30 minutes)

You’ll have an introductory call with a member of the Talent team - we’d love to learn more about you, your ambitions, and what you’re looking for!

First stage: Get to know your manager (30 minutes)

You’ll speak with Mariana our Senior ML Operations Manager regarding the role and your skillsets. 

Second stage: Take home task 

You’ll be given a task to complete in your spare time. Usually no more than 2/3 hours focus time.

Third stage: Panel Interview  (1 hour)

You’ll get to speak with Mariana again and also Aji our VP of Data and Research.

Final stage: Let’s seal the deal (45 minutes)

You’ll speak with our cofounder over Zoom to discuss how our values and working styles align, and importantly, how your career ambitions align to our growth plans.

If you are successful at the final stage you will receive an offer, and pending successful references, become a Chattermillian!
