As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Chattermill, you’ll take ownership of all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the Chattermill sales cycle becoming a key member of the revenue team and helping to drive our rapid growth!

What you’ll be doing… 

  • You will sell to Chattermill’s target market prospective customers, convincing C-level and director level executives of the technical merits of the product.
  • Understand a customer’s goals and challenges through successful discovery to effectively position and demonstrate the Chattermill solution in a way that differentiates from the competition. 
  • Scope, deliver, and present custom demos and presentations that address key business value for our prospects. 
  • Strategic development of ongoing improvements to trials, including replicable trial models and processes.
  • Be the expert - articulate Chattermill capabilities in the context of customer needs.
  • Interact directly with prospects to address any technical questions, including RFPs.
  • Demonstrating existing and new features of the platform.
  • Provide market feedback to product, engineering, and marketing teams at Chattermill

What you’ll need…

  • 2 + years of software selling experience, in a B2B context.
  • Experience mapping business requirements to software solutions.
  • Technical knowledge of, and experience with, market research data (feedback, NPS, CSAT). 
  • Experience with data integration, parsing, and analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, APIs, and Python.
  • Strong experience selling and implementing cloud based SaaS products, including Machine Learning / Natural Language Processing technologies if possible.
  • Experience scoping, project managing and executing customer trial/test integrations, product pilots, and Proof of Concepts. 
  • Knowledge of, and experience working with, key industries such as e-commerce, subscription services.
  • Experience using the Chattermill platform would be advantageous.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.

First stage: Let’s introduce ourselves (30 minutes)

You’ll have an introductory Zoom call with a member of the Talent team - we’d love to learn more about you, your ambitions, and what you’re looking for in your next step.

Second stage: Get to know your would-be team (1 hour)

You’ll have a Zoom call with Tom Whitney, our VP of Solutions Consulting, as an opportunity to show off your successes and approach to solutions consulting and learn more about the role and team.

Third stage: Show us what you are made of (1 hour)

You’ll prepare a presentation to deliver to Tom and Luke Moore (our CRO). You’ll give your presentation and have a chance to learn more about the function and company.

Final stage: Let’s seal the deal (45 minutes)

You’ll speak with our cofounder over Zoom to discuss how our values and working styles align, and importantly, how your career ambitions align to our growth plans.
