Victoria White
Head of Customer Audience Strategy
With a background in Aeronautical Engineering and Investment Banking, Victoria is highly numerate and commercially minded. She led teams at Virgin Atlantic for seven years in Finance, Strategy, Commercial, Customer and Data, most recently as Head of Customer Loyalty and then Head of Data Science.
Currently Victoria is Head of Customer Audience Strategy at ASOS responsible for maximising CLTV through personalisation and retention. Because of the breadth of Victoria's experience, she is very comfortable working cross-functionally and in new industries or new business areas.

Natasha is responsible for maximising customer lifetime value for Zopa’s 800,000-strong customer base. This includes taking ownership of the customer lifecycle from acquisition through to ongoing engagement, as well as cross-selling across the digital bank’s lending and savings products. Prior to this role, Natasha was CEO of Zopa's P2P business for four years delivering profitability in 2018 and 2019, steering the business through the Covid-19 pandemic and ultimately overseeing the closure of the P2P arm in early 2022 to focus on banking products.

Rhea Fox
Chief Digital Officer

Rhea started off life in agencies specialsing in research and customer strategy, before moving client-side into marketing, strategy, marketing effectiveness and digital trading roles (ghd, eBay, Aviva). Currently Chief Digital Officer at Paperchase, she is overseeing the digital transformation encompassing site migration, digital marketing and marketplaces expansion. Rhea’s a member of the MRS steering group - Delphi - has been a regular MRS Awards judge over the last 5 years and is deeply passionate about the power of insight to inform customer strategy.

Paula Bobbett
Chief Digital Officer

Paula was appointed to her current executive role in May 2022 and is responsible for continuing to deliver at scale and pace digital transformation across Boots commercial operations.
Since joining Boots in December 2020, Paula has driven the end-to-end development of boots.com during a period of massive growth. She has been instrumental in strengthening online performance and positioning boots.com as the UK’s number one health and beauty website.
Paula has also been instrumental in partnering with Deliveroo, increasing Boots’ online market share, overseeing dramatic improvements to basket and checkout as well as laying the foundations for exciting future developments.  
Paula has a highly experienced background in online trading, commercial strategy and analytics, moving to Boots from her role as Head of Online Performance at Dixons Carphone.
She has held senior analytics and customer insight roles at a variety of companies, including Strategy and Analytics Manager at Avon, Commercial Insight Manager at Debenhams, as well as roles at British Airways and Vanguard Strategy.
Paula specialises in business strategy and critical analysis, particularly in online marketing.

Nilan Peiris
Chief Product Officer
Nilan joined Wise in 2014 as VP Growth, helping the company scale and work towards the mission, but he'd been following Wise's journey since 2012 as an advisor.
Prior to Wise, Nilan was VP Growth at HouseTrip, in charge of scaling the company’s growth in the European market. He’s also worked as Chief Marketing Technology Officer at Holiday Extras, where he was responsible for all areas of technology, marketing and customer acquisition.
Nilan also advises a number of early stage startups on growth and getting to traction.
