We’re excited to announce that we recently launched a super-flexible benefits solution for everyone at Chattermill.

As we enter this (ever-evolving) new world of work, we scrapped the notion of a “one-size-fits-all” package in favour of empowering our team with the choice to pick what benefits work best for them. With our new platform Ben, we’ve got something for everyone - whatever your needs, whatever your lifestyle.

Why now?

So, why have we decided to shake up our employee benefits? Well, over the last 6 months we’ve experienced rapid growth and now have a diverse, global team with equally diverse needs. Whether that means balancing work around childcare, or support to look after mental health, we want to make it easy for our people to have what they need to stay happy, healthy and fundamentally have the best experience at Chattermill.

How does Ben work?

We offer all employees a monthly wellbeing budget with the freedom to spend wherever they like, so whether it’s fitness, meditation or pampering that makes them feel their best, employees choose how to spend their budget.

At Chattermill, growth and progression underlies everything we do, so the monthly allowance grows synchronously the longer you stay with us. Employees who have been with us for 2 years or more will automatically become a member of our company life assurance and income protection schemes too (hint - stay with us!).

Wellbeing that transforms

We hire and promote with the team in mind and know that trust, openness and togetherness is powerful. So, we don’t stop at just the monthly allowances, we love spending quality time as a team (virtually for the time being of course!) whether that’s cooking together, book club or lunch - creating a positive experience starts with our employees!
