Chattermill’s pricing primarily depends on the number of data integrations you need and the volume of data to be analyzed (number of data credits) - we do not charge a per user fee, so you can add as many users as you want.

A data credit is a single piece of feedback, such as a survey response, support chat, social media data, app review, forum comment etc.
A single data credit includes all the unstructured text feedback data you want to analyze, any quantitative data such a score or a number and any metadata you'd like to include.
We recommend a minimum of 5,000 pieces of feedback per month from any combination of sources (e.g. surveys, support tickets, support calls, social media comments, app reviews, forum comments, etc.) to get the best value out of Chattermill.
Chattermill lets you easily integrate feedback data from various sources like survey tools, online review sites, social media, and customer service platforms (including support calls).
