Chattermill is an AI-powered platform to help companies understand and improve customer experience, by taking unstructured customer feedback and conversations from a variety of sources and generating clear and actionable customer experience insights.
It is often the case that companies have too much data to make use of when it comes to understanding their customers. Unstructured data such as surveys, support tickets, social, app reviews, in-app feedback etc are all sources of insight behind what drive customer experiences.
Through our powerful integrations we are able to capture both experiential and operational data to apply a bespoke training model for each customer to define and analyse feedback in a way that is completely relevant and specific to our customers.
Our clients include over 60 of the fastest growing and most ambitious companies in the world, like: Uber, Deliveroo, HelloFresh, Transferwise, Zappos, H&M, and Kering. We are immensely proud to be the trusted platform that scales their customer experience.
